Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

15-Day Customer Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return items that meet our return criteria. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Extended Return Window

To accommodate our valued customers, we are offering an extended return window for purchases made between October 1st, 2024, and October 15th, 2024. For these purchases, you will have an extended period of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to report the defect.
  2. We will provide you with a self-print return label to send the defective item back to us at no cost to you.
  3. Once we receive the defective item, we will process your return and issue a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Customer Remorse Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or any reason other than a defect:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Please note that return shipping costs for customer remorse returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for returns.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
  3. Attach the Return Label: If applicable, print and attach the provided return label to the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location or arrange for a pickup, as instructed by our customer service team.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Magic Of Gifts

Magic Of Gifts reserves the right to cancel or postpone orders due to unforeseen circumstances that arise during the course of completion of such orders. We will contact you by email, phone, and/or SMS under any foreseen or unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation of orders. If your order is prepaid, the full amount collected from you will be credited to your account or wallet within 4 to 5 working days.

Cancellation by Customer – Before Dispatch

If we receive a cancellation notice from you prior to dispatch, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 4 to 5 working days. We normally dispatch off-the-shelf products within 8 hours. Cancellation by Customer – After Dispatch

If we receive a cancellation notice from you after the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges and reverse pickup charges incurred will have to be borne by you. The refund will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after we have received the product(s) intact at our warehouse. Return or cancellation charges up to 50% of the order value will apply in case of damages.

Cancellation by Customer – Personalized Products

You may cancel orders for personalized products within 8 hours without any cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will apply for any cancellation request beyond 8 hours. Additional Return Information

Return of Delivered Orders

You can initiate returns in case of damaged or wrong products within 2 days of receiving the product. The complaint should be substantially supported with a picture or video of the product. Return or cancellation charges up to 50% of the order value will apply in case of lack of substantial proof. Once the reverse pickup is completed, the refund will be issued in the form of a Magic Of Gifts gift voucher with a validity of 6 months. The voucher will be emailed to the email id provided at the time of placing the order.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

If for any reason you refuse to accept the delivery, the order will be considered as processed. No refund or exchange will be considered for such orders. Our support team will attempt to contact you to facilitate receiving the delivery.
